Kindred at Home Senior IT Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

The Senior Project Manage r will plan, organize, lead and control IT projects efficiently and effectively. This role manages large and more complex projects.

  • Develop and deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to the team members.

  • Set realistic and practical goals for the project. Develop appropriate strategies for achieving these goals.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team members about every aspect of the project to ensure team members can understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently.

  • Identical all the internal and external resources whether financial or human resources required to complete the project successfully.

  • Evaluate the progress of projects on a regular basis to keep the project on track.

  • Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy to ensure communication with all levels of management within the team.

  • Develop tools and techniques for distributing tasks based on team member skills.

  • Build and implement the best practices for performing all tasks.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience

  • Experience with waterfall and agile

  • Experience managing infrastructure and software build and implementation projects

  • Home health and hospice experience a plus

  • Medium to expert experience managing projects in MS Project (MS Project Online experience preferred)

  • Fast learner

  • Great typing and dictation skills

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • The individual will need to be responsive and be a self-initiator

  • Ability to multitasks and manage 2-3 medium-sized projects with ease

  • This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
