Kindred at Home Credentialing Coordinator - Home Health Intake, Remote in Charlotte, North Carolina

This position is responsible for responding to incoming faxed or emailed request for adding or updating physician/facility profiles. Depending on branch census you may be responsible for other duties as assigned.

  • Maintaining and monitoring all physician/facility profiles for 11 states (over 200 branches)

  • Complete mandatory verifications and documentations for the following:

  • OIG and SAM Federal Exclusions

  • State Medical License

  • PECOS Enrollment

  • Creating new physician/facility profiles in HCHB system in a timely manner

  • Must meet weekly productivity expectations of 18%-20%

  • Ability to orient and train virtually

  • Respond accordantly to branch / intake staff in regards to open request

  • Keep daily log of productivity (work completed)

  • Report to Team Leader on a weekly basis

Required Skills

  • Must possess a minimum of two years experience in the health care industry

  • Expert knowledge of Search Query, Data Entry/Word Processing

  • Typing Speed of 35 wpm or higher

  • Knowledge of Medical Board, Physician Licensure Requirements, PECOS Enrollment & Federal exclusion

  • Competent in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS)

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate well with referral sources, patients, family members, and agency employees.

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.

  • The ability to communicate with a diversity of individuals is required
